​The mission of the City of Lockport’s Human Relations Committee is to ensure the protection of basic human rights and non-discrimination in the Lockport community.  The Committee does this through the investigation of individual complaints, by serving as a platform to bring community members together to discuss human rights and human relations, and by undertaking investigations and educational activities that serve to further those purposes.
